We extend your warranty

We will extend the factory warranty for an additional 9 months or 9,000 miles (whichever comes first) on new automobiles. Warranty work during this period must be performed at the Lorensen dealer from which the vehicle was purchased.

10-Day exchange policy

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, within the first 10 days or 500 miles of the delivery of your qualified pre-owned vehicle, just bring it back.You can exchange it for any vehicle of equal or greater value from our inventory.

Your first ding repaired

Have your first ding repaired free of charge on your new car within ninety (90) days of ownership, provided it is no larger than a quarter, and the paint is not broken. This is subject to accessibility of the ding.

Pre-Owned Warranty Extended

We give you a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty at no cost to you on select pre-owned vehicles.*

First oil change free

You are entitled to a free first oil change in our service department with the purchase or lease of any new, certified or pre-owned vehicle.

Free loaner vehicles

You are entitled to a Complimentary Loaner Vehicle when you schedule a MAJOR SERVICE, (at least $200 worth of maintenance), just contact us in advance and we will provide it at no charge the day of your appointment.

Referral Bonus

Refer a non-family member and if they take delivery of a new or pre-owned vehicle from a Lorensen Auto Group dealer, we will send you a referral voucher good for $50 at a local fine dining establishment.

Repeat buyer allowance

At delivery, you will be provided with a repeat customer coupon to be used towards your next new or used vehicle purchase at any Lorensen Auto Group dealer. This is our way of saying ‘Thank You’ for being a loyal Lorensen Auto Group customer.
